During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the large and well-maintained rooms in this hotel. Their prime location near the desert attractions also made it easy to explore the area. the friendly and helpful staff was a great advantage that made my stay more comfortable.

The food offered at the hotel was not at its freshest. , the air conditioning system seemed to be inadequate as it did not control the excessive room heat.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. the outdoor swimming pool and spa center are exclusive amenities that provided me with a relaxing and indulgent experience. the sun terrace and garden area are perfect for basking in the sun, while the restaurant and bar area offer delicious cuisine and a variety of beverage options.

Located near the desert in Morocco, this hotel offers a great gateway for those seeking to explore the magnificent Sahara. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the area while dining at the international restaurant. the service is excellent as the staff takes great care to ensure guests' comfort. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are luxurious, with separate enclosures for the toilet and shower. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pools and the beautiful date palms in the Erfoud area.

Some minor maintenance issues were reported, but the management was quick to address them.

Beautiful oasis in the desert with amazing amenities and friendly staff. the rooms were very spacious, and we loved that they had separate toilet rooms and sitting areas. It was a great location to relax by the pool and escape the heat. the food was a treat, with local and western selections. We also appreciated the attention to detail with the newly planted palm trees and plants around the grounds, making it a beautiful oasis.

The lighting in the rooms was a bit dark even with the lights on, and the breakfast could have had more variety. these were minor issues that didn't take away from the great stay overall.
